The PMM03 model offers a striking surface that is 7.5″ tall by 6.5″ wide. 1.5″ of high density foam padding is the perfect amount to absorb impact from heavy punches without any extra bulk that will slow you down. A bright orange target in the centre of each pad helps to easily hone your punching accuracy. On the trainers’ side, the covered hand compartment is more than meets the eye. An extra mound of padding fits directly on the pad holder’s palm. Individual finger compartments give the highest level of control. Add on a hooded guard that covers the finger tips to prevent injury, and you’ve got the perfect pair of punch pads.
